Lead counsel in litigation matters involving environmental torts, commercial and contract disputes, consumer protection actions, bankruptcy fraud, mass torts, bad faith, personal injury and wrongful death; property disputes; governmental liability; intellectual property; antitrust, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, lender liability, and class action litigation.


Born in Tupelo, Mississippi in 1971.  Married to Stacy Crabb Deas of Tupelo, Mississippi. Two children. Member of Northminster Baptist Church, Jackson, Mississippi.


2000 Alabama Bar. Admitted to all Alabama State and Federal Courts.  2001 Mississippi Bar. Admitted to all Mississippi State and Federal Courts. U.S. Courts of Appeal for the 5th and 11th Circuits.
